Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is hiring a Fulfillment Logistics Associate for our Fairfield, OH facility. You will unload trailers, verify counts, and inspect products for quality, then pick, pack, and label customer orders to ensure on-time shipping.

You'll operate forklifts and pallet jacks, track stock levels, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while collaborating with teammates to hit daily targets. A high school diploma is preferred and lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Background in warehousing or logistics is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for inventory updates.
• Comfort working independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including some weekends if required.
