Principle Accountabilities:
  • Build, unpack, and pack displays according to specifications.
  • Sort products by color, shape, size, or type.
  • Meet daily production and efficiency goals.
  • Perform counts and verify quantities of incoming products.
  • Use computer systems accurately for data entry and tracking.
  • Follow instructions and train other team members.
  • Serve as backup supervisor when needed.
  • Assist in line setup and teardown under supervisor guidance.
  • Read and interpret lot codes, verifying incoming goods.
  • Reconcile paperwork at shift end, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
  • Assign responsibilities based on team members' strengths.
  • Establish objectives and develop strategies with the team.
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching.
  • Address and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain open communication within the team and with other departments.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct checks, and update systems.
  • Enforce safety regulations and address hazards.
  • Report personnel, product, or quality issues to supervisors.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Support and train warehouse staff, including new hires.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, on short notice.
  • Ability to work in variable temperature environments around machinery and forklifts.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds daily.
  • Flexibility to travel within the local area as needed.
  • Availability to work 2nd shift as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a production setting.
  • Experience leading a team or warehouse operations.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple requests.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
