Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Lindale, TX is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to pick, stage, and validate orders with accuracy and high quality. You will respond to customer inquiries, balance multiple tasks, and use the Orders App to fulfill various order types including Pickup, Delivery, and Curbside.

The role requires forklift and related equipment certifications, strong customer service experience, and proactive safety practices in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 6 Months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, outputting information).
• 1 Year of retail experience providing customer service and resolving issues.
• Certification for Counterbalance Forklift, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck and Order Picker required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and model service excellence through accurate picking, staging, and order validation.
• Respond to customer and associate questions, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
• Balance service, administrative, and maintenance tasks with fulfillment responsibilities.
• Use the Orders App to pick, stage, and fulfill all order types (Pickup, Install, Delivery, Same Day / Gig, and Curbside).
• Partner with the Pro Sales team to ensure Pro Call Ahead Orders are picked and staged; resolve escalated issues quickly.
• Support inventory accuracy, SIMS compliance, and shrink reduction via audits and validation.
• Ensure fulfillment areas stay safe, organized, and compliant by daily checks and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) and follow safety requirements.
• Assist with scheduling, coverage, and communication of fulfillment priorities with leadership and MOD as needed.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
