Qualifications

• 5+ years in order management, customer fulfillment, supply chain, or operations, or a Master’s with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with government contracting processes and shipping standards.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of PA HSO orders from entry to delivery, removing blockers to on-time delivery.
• Manage order fulfillment from receipt to delivery with emphasis on accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Operations, Contracts, Program Management, and Sales to ensure timely shipments and revenue recognition.
• Lead weekly Fulfillment Meeting to prevent delays and recover late orders.
• Support ATP SAP functionality and collaborate with Demand Planning and Customer Service to align forecasts.
