Job summary

The role requires operating a pallet jack, forklift, and cherry picker safely, confirming correct product and quantity, and collaborating with forklift operators to restock pick bins. You will also perform inventory checks and ensure First In–First Out rotation.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate RF scanners to track product movement.
• Operate pallet jack, forklift, and cherry picker safely.
• Identify and select the correct product and quantity.
• Assemble products on pallets for transportation with minimal damage.
• Load and stack products on trucks securely.
• Perform inventory-related functions as necessary.
• Receive trucks and inspect received products for quality and expiration dates.
