Job summary

Bob Ward's Sports and Outdoors in Hamilton, MT is seeking motivated individuals for on-site full-time and part-time roles in the Operations Team (Freight / Internet Fulfillment). You will support incoming freight, online order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy to ensure smooth store operations from the floor to the customer’s doorstep.

Your duties include receiving shipments, organizing merchandise, and maintaining inventory locations, while adhering to safety standards and providing

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work weekends and major sale events.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently.
• Receive shipments and verify quantities; maintain inventory records.
• Organize merchandise in backroom and maintain storage locations.
• Replenish the sales floor by moving merchandise from backroom.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe freight areas.
• Follow safety and loss prevention guidelines.
• Use inventory systems and handheld devices to locate products.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare online orders for shipment.
• Arrange and track outgoing shipments and resolve order issues.
• Maintain accurate order and inventory records.
