Job summary

DoorDash is hiring for a DashMart associate in Norfolk, VA. The role focuses on inventory receiving, packing, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will stock products, scan and stage orders, and communicate with Dashers to ensure timely deliveries.

The position requires strong communication and a customer-service mindset. You may assist with light food preparation and must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock inventory, ensure product quality and rotate stock.
• Pick, pack, and sort orders using scanning devices.
• Delight customers by clear, courteous app-based communication.
• Maintain warehouse safety and organization per standards.
• Be a collaborative team player and assist runners/dashers as needed.
• Assist in light food prep and kitchen tasks where applicable.
