Jacksons Food Stores in Caldwell, Idaho is seeking a Fulfillment Freezer Clerk. You will pick, package, and prepare customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse using handheld scanners, while maintaining safety and organization.

This full-time role offers $18–$20 per hour plus bonus, weekend requirements, and comprehensive benefits including PTO, holidays, 401k match, health plans, and tuition assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick various stock to fill customer orders.
• Use scanning devices to pick products and fulfill customer orders.
• Place products in totes and package items correctly.
• Place totes/full case items on sorting belt/rollers for Loading Clerks.
• Follow all safety rules for warehouses.
• Regularly communicates with Coworkers, Leads, and Supervisors for efficiency.
• Perform other duties and work in other areas as assigned.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 an hour + bonus.

As a Fulfillment Freezer Clerk, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the right products quickly and accurately. Using handheld scanning technology, you'll pick, package, and prepare customer orders while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment. Schedule: Full-time 40 hours/week. Swing shift 4 days a week (afternoon to night) with 1 weekend day required.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Pick various stock to fill customer orders.
• Use scanning devices to pick products and fulfill customer orders.
• Place products in totes and package items correctly.
• Place Totes/Full case items on sorting belt/rollers for Loading Clerks.

Skills/Qualifications:

Working Conditions: Capitol has Ambient Fulfillment Clerks, Refrigerated Fulfillment Clerks, and Freezer Fulfillment Clerks. Individuals working in freezer conditions will be provided with adequate cold gear and receive additional hourly differentials. Fulfillment Clerks in the Refrigerated section will be provided with gloves and PPE. This role is very fast-paced and requires a significant amount of movement to meet order demands. Individuals in this position should expect to move throughout modules stocked with product. The position will require general physical movements such as frequently walking, standing, lifting, bending, twisting, lifting 50lbs with occasionally lifting 50+lbs, and reaching. Individuals will also be expected to follow and understand basic instructions/policies.
