Job summary

Aptura Group in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to verify incoming and outgoing shipments, prepare items for shipment within scheduled timelines, and pick and pack. Will drive as needed.

Responsibilities include receiving and off-loading materials, counting against purchase orders, sorting stock, checking for damage, staging material for installation or delivery, assisting customers with pickups, and maintaining inventory using company software; forklift operation included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items throughout the day.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Experience driving a box truck is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and shipping responsibilities, including verification against purchase orders.
• Fulfillment: packing, staging, loading and deliveries as needed.
• Operate forklift and other equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory using inventory software.
• Provide great customer service and assist with pickups.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
