Fulfillment Customer Service Delivery Driver - Cincinnati, OH Part Time (Finance)

Serve as a brand ambassador, providing excellent customer service while delivering customer orders to the home. Minimum requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must pass an annual DOT medical exam
• Good driving record
• Ability to operate a delivery van and handheld tablet device
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• At least 21 years old
• Chauffeur's license may be required in some states

Desired previous experience/education:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer service experience
• Delivery driver experience

Responsibilities include:

1. Deliver orders to customers while providing excellent service.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, explaining Kroger's delivery process and experience.
3. Maintain professionalism and personal presentation during customer interactions.
4. Drive safely according to Kroger's driving standards.
5. Ensure timely and intact delivery of orders, resolving issues as needed.
6. Keep customers informed of delivery status and changes.
7. Accurately record delivery details.
8. Assist fellow drivers when necessary.
9. Monitor and record temperatures to comply with food safety regulations.
10. Handle products safely, report breakages or contamination.
11. Perform pre-inspection of the vehicle and report defects.
12. Use technology devices for navigation and customer communication.
13. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
