Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a warehouse associate in our Mesa, AZ location to unpack and check goods against orders, assemble kits, and manage final quality control and shipping. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, with prior mailroom or packaging center experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Previous work in a mailroom, packaging center, or assembly line preferred.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and maintain high productivity and quality while following instructions.
• Team player with high attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Experience using office equipment including computer, copier, scanner, and printer.
• Ability to navigate internet-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
• Prepare and assemble kits for customer fulfillment.
• Responsible for final quality control and shipping of all shipments.
• Inspect stock and distribute materials in inventory.
• Perform warehouse/inventory control processes including auditing, cycle counting, and physical inventory.
• Perform inventory transactions systematically and accurately, including material returns to stock.
• Secondary responsibilities may include data entry and exception/expedite handling.

• The role also may have secondary responsibilities for data entry and exception/expedite handling.
