Responsibilities

Generate pick slips based on sales orders or production schedules using the company’s order management or warehouse system.
Track and maintain records of all printed picklists to ensure proper order fulfillment.
Communicate with the shipping and warehouse teams to confirm picklist statuses and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure pick slips are accurate and correspond to the correct orders and quantities.
Monitor pick slip queues and prioritize printing to meet shipping deadlines.
Update order tracking systems to reflect pick slip generation and order progress.
Assist in identifying and reporting any issues related to order picking or inventory discrepancies.
Maintain organized records of pick slips and related documentation for audit and operational purposes.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., inventory control, shipping) to streamline order processing.
