Job summary

mSupply is seeking a Fulfillment Center Warehouse Associate to execute a variety of warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, transferring, stocking, inventory management, and order fulfillment to meet customer needs.

The role supports accurate movement of merchandise across branches, vendors, and the distribution network. A 40+ hour workweek is typical, with safety and efficiency at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in warehousing or related functions.
• Strong aptitude for math and numerical analysis.
• Proficient in office technology, including computers, scanners, phone systems, and virtual meeting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Performs a range of warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, transfers, and order fulfillment.
• Accurately picks, stages, and moves orders; assists with unloading and check‑in of incoming merchandise.
• Sorts and stores products using standardized inventory systems and maintains a clean, safe, and accessible work environment.
• Follows standard procedures for loading, documentation, and exception handling.
• Safely operates warehouse equipment and completes assigned aisle duties.
• Accurately labels products and supports physical inventory counts.
• Inspects inbound and outbound products for damage, quantity accuracy, and proper documentation.
