mSupply in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Fulfillment Center Warehouse Associate to join our team. This full-time role supports receiving, shipping, stocking, inventory management, and order fulfillment to ensure accurate and timely movement of merchandise for customers and vendors.

You will pick, pack, label, and stage orders, operate warehouse equipment safely, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to company safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of warehousing or related experience.
• Strong aptitude for math and numerical analysis.

Job Summary

The Fulfillment Center Warehouse Associate is responsible for executing a variety of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, transferring, stocking, inventory management, and order fulfillment. This role supports the accurate and efficient movement of merchandise and materials to meet the needs of customers, vendors, and branch locations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Performs a range of warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, transfers, and order fulfillment

Reports and addresses unsafe conditions, accidents, or incidents, and completes all required documentation

Adheres to all company policies as outlined in handbooks and manuals

Performs assigned facility and vehicle maintenance tasks

Maintains clear, timely communication with supervisors, including during breaks and shift transitions

Responds to messages and requests professionally and promptly

Safety-sensitive position requiring consistent alertness and adherence to safe work practices

Maintains proficiency in company systems for data entry, communication, and routine administrative tasks

Performs other duties as assigned, with flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and responsibilities

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This full-time position may require 40+ hours per week and involves regular physical activity, including:

Frequent lifting of 25–50 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 100 lbs. and pushing/pulling up to 300 lbs.

Operation of forklifts and material handling equipment for extended periods (up to 6 hours daily)

Routine bending, climbing, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and use of hands, arms, and feet for equipment operation

Periods of sitting, standing, walking, and twisting throughout the shift

Visual demands include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception and focus adjustment
