Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Center Supervisor in Portland to lead hourly associates toward top performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role focuses on planning, safety, and delivering excellent customer service while managing daily operations and key metrics.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, analyzing performance data, and partnering with leadership to implement efficient processes.

Qualifications

• GED required.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds by hand.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and manage hourly associates to meet performance goals, productivity, accuracy and quality standards.
• Lead daily/weekly/monthly department planning and execution to drive efficiency.
• Recommend and improve department processes and procedures.
• Participate in hiring, training and coaching of associates.
• Use operational reports to evaluate performance and ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment Center Team Manager and other management to operate within guidelines.
