Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in distribution or warehouse operations.
• 1+ years of lead or supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams across wholesale, inbound, outbound, returns, inventory control, or kitting per SOPs.
• Ensure accurate put-away and location replenishment.
• Oversee kitting operations, re-labeling, and product assembly.
• Monitor timely processing of returns per client requirements.
• Train and guide team members in shipping and receiving functions.
• Ensure adherence to breaks and time clock procedures.
• Support supervisor in achieving productivity and goals.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and company policies.
