Cart.com is seeking a Fulfillment Center Clerk I to support daily operations at our Dallas facility. This onsite role blends clerical work with hands-on warehouse tasks, ensuring accurate packing, inventory control, and timely reporting across multiple clients.

You will contribute to safety, productivity, and process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to manage reports, inventory, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with client-specific pack-out and routing guide requirements.
• Oversee fulfillment operations for multiple clients on multi-station pack-out lines.
• Manage daily clerical reports and track non-merchandise inventory.
• Notify supervisors of operational issues and maintain safety protocols.
• Meet productivity and accuracy goals.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
