Standards of Performance

  • Quality: Every order, device, and lockbox to meet company standards before it moves forward.
  • Accuracy: Right item, right quantity, right configuration, right paperwork, every time.
  • Accountability: Own your work and your errors. Report problems early, correct them, and prevent repeats.
  • Work Ethic: Arrive on time, stay focused, meet daily targets, and help the team finish the job.

Core Responsibilities

Order Picking

  • Escalate faulty or non-pairing devices for troubleshooting or RMA.
Lockbox Refurbishment
  • Clean, inspect, refurbish, and test returned realtor lockboxes to company standards.
  • Replace worn or damaged parts and batteries as needed.
  • Sort units into designated areas: refurbished, repair, or scrap.
Packing & Quality Check
  • Pack orders securely using the correct box size, dunnage, and labels.
  • Perform a QC check on every order for correct items, quantities, configuration, and paperwork.
  • Apply the "see something, say something" rule: if an order is in question, stop and raise it.
Palletizing & Staging
  • Stack, stretch-wrap, and label pallets safely and to carrier requirements.
  • Stage completed orders and pallets in the correct outbound area for Shipping.
  • Communicate clearly with Shipping & Receiving on order status and priorities.
