Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Wadsworth, OH is hiring a Warehouse Associate to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders while maintaining a safe, organized environment. You will operate certified equipment, assist customers, and support inventory accuracy daily.

The role requires basic computer use and familiarity with retail technology; availability for on-site work and teamwork-critical duties are expected.

Qualifications

6 months of computer use or data entry experience.
6 months experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
Powered equipment certification required or to be obtained if not already certified.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and guiding customers to the right associates.
Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow all safety requirements.
Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App and SIMS, and collaborate with leadership to resolve short picks.
Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, while reporting safety or theft concerns promptly.
Achieve daily job responsibilities with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
May be assigned other duties to support the needs of the business.
