Job summary

Cart.com in Groveport, OH is seeking a Fulfillment Center Associate to support Fulfillment-as-a-Service operations. You will work across warehouse functions to pick, pack, restock, and ensure accurate, timely orders while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The Role

As a Fulfillment Center Associate at Cart.com, you are a vital part of our Fulfillment-as-a-Service operations. You’ll work across various warehouse functions to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality order fulfillment. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of teamwork to support our clients and customers.

What You’ll Do

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Restock inventory and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracySupport inbound, outbound, returns, and wholesale operations as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality performance metrics
• Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
• Identify and report safety concerns or process inefficiencies
• Assist with special projects such as kitting and promotional packaging

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and machinery
• Able to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the shift
• Willing to work overtime as needed
