Job summary

Charles D. Sheehy is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join our Distribution team in New England. You will pick, prepare, and stage materials for delivery, verify orders, and assist with loading trucks. No prior warehouse experience is required—training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred (but not required – we’ll train you!).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to read and write basic English.

Responsibilities

• Pick, prepare, and stage materials for delivery.
• Verify outbound orders for accuracy.
• Assist with loading trucks.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Pitch in with other tasks as needed.
