Job summary

BURLEBO is seeking a dependable Fulfillment Associate to join our Austin warehouse team. You will unload inventory, fulfill orders, and maintain organized spaces to ensure accurate, fast shipments.

This full-time, on-site role offers daytime hours (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and competitive hourly pay. You’ll work closely with teammates to uphold BURLEBO’s standards for quality and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes (40–50 lbs) regularly.
• Comfort working on your feet for full shifts.
• Strong reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and receive inventory.

BURLEBO FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE

Great products aren’t just something you wear—they’re meant to be delivered with care, accuracy, and speed. We’re looking for a dependable Fulfillment Worker to join our Austin-based warehouse team and play a key role in getting BURLEBO gear into the hands of our customers.

You will support daily warehouse operations by unloading inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining an organized workspace. Working closely with the team, you will help ensure every order is handled efficiently and accurately while upholding BURLEBO’s standards for quality and service.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Austin, TX. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Hourly pay ranges from $17–$20 per hour, depending on experience and education.
Position Description
This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring a strong work ethic and the ability to perform physical tasks throughout the day. Fulfillment Workers are responsible for moving product, preparing orders, and supporting overall warehouse operations to keep everything running smoothly.

Daily Tasks

• Carry and move 40–50 lb boxes regularly throughout the shift

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes (40–50 lbs) consistently
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-focused
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
