Role Description

The Fulfillment and Inventory Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Manhattan, KS. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer and wholesale orders for shipment or in-store pickup, ensuring products are handled safely and labeled correctly. Day-to-day tasks include receiving and organizing inventory, monitoring stock levels, performing regular counts, and updating inventory records to maintain accurate data. The associate helps maintain clean, organized storage and fulfillment areas, adheres to food safety and handling guidelines, and coordinates with team members to meet order deadlines. The role may also involve assisting customers with order questions, communicating status updates to the team, and supporting store operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Inventory, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management for tracking, organizing, and reconciling stock.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with team members and customers in a professional, helpful manner.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accuracy in order fulfillment and recordkeeping.
• Comfort with working in a refrigerated or food-handling environment and following food safety standards.
• Basic computer skills for using inventory and order management systems.
• Reliable work habits, punctuality, and the ability to stand, lift, and move product throughout shifts.
• Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, or food service is beneficial but not required.
