You will serve as a FUL - Maintenance Worker in the Facility Maintenance Program.
As a Maintenance Worker include but are not limited to the following: Performs simple and routine maintenance on and repair of grounds, exterior structures, buildings, and equipment. Performs carpentry repairs using hand tools. Paints picnic tables and trash barrels. Performs plumbing repairs such as replacing faucet washers, unclogging drains, and soldering joints. Operates a light duty truck and forklift to transport, load and unload materials. Collects trash. Resets barriers to restore areas.
