What you'll be doing day to day
Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders across various sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment processes.
• Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Moving products to final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
• Performing sales space replenishment following visual merchandising guidelines.
• Selecting goods for customers within the specified time frame to ensure excellent service.
• Certifying the operation of powered mobile equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Handling goods through unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, picking, and loading.
• Operating scanner equipment and managing inventory using IT systems.
• Promoting an environment that reflects IKEA's culture, embracing diversity among co-workers and customers.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years experience in high-volume warehouse operations or receiving/replenishment.
• Certification in at least one powered mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred.

The hourly pay range for this role is $22.77-$32.50. This is a permanent, part-time position with 12-20 hours per week. Shifts are from 4am to 2pm or 12pm to 10pm.
