Qualifications

• Eight years of into-plane experience, with five years in a management role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret procedures, regulations and safety rules.
• Proven problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day safe and efficient operation of into-plane and GSE fueling.
• Manage scheduling, manpower planning, budgeting, and performance.
• Ensure customer service standards and contract services are met.
• Enforce safety policies and regulatory compliance (FAA/TSA/IATA/ATA).
• Monitor time, attendance and overtime, guiding staff accordingly.
• Liaise with customers, airport authorities and government reps.
• Review reports to improve service adequacy and effects on KPIs.
• Drive location and aircraft incident/accident, on-time, and financial KPIs.
