Penske is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer at our Spokane location. You will greet customers, fuel and wash vehicles, and ensure vehicles are safe and ready for the road. No experience is required as Penske provides training to learn maintenance processes and advanced tech tools.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids, and basic maintenance items.
• Maintaining clean, safe facility environments for customers and associates.
• Building skills through training and coaching to perform minor repairs such as tire mounting/replacement and preventive maintenance.
• Completing other projects as assigned by supervisor.
