Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Willingness to work outside
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• Understand and comply with Penske safety and maintenance policies
• Ability to pass DOT, OSHA requirements and DOT drug screening when applicable
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections including tires and fluids
• Keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates
• Build skills through training and coaching to perform minor repairs like tire mounting, rotation, and preventive maintenance
• Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
