Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must understand and comply with Penske policies and safety requirements including DOT/OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Greeting our customers and ensuring they have a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections to ensure tires, fluids, and basic maintenance items are addressed.
• Keeping facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Building skills through training and hands‑on coaching to perform minor repairs such as tire mounting/replacement, rotating tires and preventive maintenance.
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
