Job summary

O.L. Thompson Construction Co., Inc. is hiring a Fuel Truck Labor to support fueling and lubrication tasks across the tri-county sites. This full-time role requires safety, reliability, and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Typical hours are 6:00 am–4:00 pm. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, Vision, 401K with match, Vacation, Holidays, and Safety Bonus Awards. A 90-day probation period applies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and ongoing testing.
• Background checks may be required.
• Must be able to work in all types of weather and hours.
• Able to climb in/out of trucks and heavy equipment.
• Able to follow verbal and written English instructions.
• Dress code: PPE provided; wear own pants and boots.

Responsibilities

• Assist fuel truck driver with fueling heavy equipment.
• Apply grease for preventative maintenance.
• Complete maintenance paperwork.
• Work at tri-county construction sites; adhere to safety rules.
• Maintain orderly records and logs as required.
