GROWMARK, Inc. is seeking a capable Terminal Operator to support day-to-day fuel terminal operations. You will assist with product handling, equipment operation, and inventory transfers, acting as a backup to the Terminal Manager as needed.

The role requires a college degree in business or equivalent experience, plus several years of related work in fuel terminals. Safe driving is required, and training will cover access control and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent is normally required.
• 3+ years of related work experience in overseeing fuel terminals.
• Demonstrates business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making, and skill development.

Aufgaben

• Assist with facility operations including product handling, equipment operation, and product receipt and transfer.
• Serve as backup to Terminal Manager and assist as needed.
• Maintain inventory and ensure regulatory and safety criteria are met.
• Train and authorize drivers for access to the terminal.
• Troubleshoot facility operations and coordinate repairs from contractors.
• Monitor equipment and facility appearance per company standards.
