Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Savannah, GA, is seeking a Fuel Systems Engineer II to contribute to the design, development, certification, testing, and production of aircraft fuel systems and components.

You will work with experienced aerospace engineers to develop expertise in fuel storage, distribution, transfer, venting, indication, and refueling systems, with emphasis on Catia V5 and SmarTeam.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of aircraft fuel systems and a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with fuel systems, hydraulic systems, or other fluid distribution systems.
• Experience with Catia V5 and SmarTeam.
• Exposure to requirements management, systems engineering, or product development processes.
• Exposure to component qualification.
• Real world aircraft familiarity; engineering experience at an aircraft OEM.

Responsibilities

• Supports the design, development, certification, testing, and production of aircraft fuel systems and related components.
• Develops technical expertise in fuel storage, distribution, transfer, venting, indication, and refueling systems.
• Collaborates with experienced aerospace engineers to fulfill program objectives.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
