TravelCenters of America is hiring a Fuel Cashier to provide excellent customer service at our travel centers. You will handle diesel fuel transactions at the POS, assist guests, and process payments while maintaining a friendly, efficient checkout experience.

Ideal candidates possess basic POS knowledge, enjoy helping travelers, and can work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays. Join a team that values safety and teamwork across our nationwide network.

Formación

• Friendly, customer-focused individual.
• Basic computer/POS knowledge preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service.
• Serve each customer courteously, quickly and efficiently with a positive attitude.
• Process large diesel fuel transactions on a POS register, handling payments in cash, checks, and credit cards.
• Multi-task customer transactions involving merchandise, truck scales, shower reservations, and other POS functions.
• Prioritize work according to customer and management needs.
• Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe situations.
• Establish strong communication and rapport with leaders and co-workers.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
