Safeway in Santa Rosa is seeking a Fuel Station Attendant to keep the station running smoothly and deliver a positive customer experience. You will handle transactions, answer questions, restock supplies, and perform safety checks to maintain a clean, safe fueling station.

The role requires reliability, the ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and payment systems.
• Basic math skills for transactions and cash handling.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with purchases while keeping transactions accurate.
• Restock merchandise and monitor supply levels during the shift.
• Perform safety checks and maintain inside and outside areas tidy.
• Keep fueling spaces and restrooms clean and ready for customers.
• Handle deliveries and daily upkeep while adapting to changing flow.
