Job Summary
TravelCenters of America provides a one-stop shopping experience with a wide range of products, including Grab ‘N Go foods, groceries, snacks, electronics, maintenance supplies, clothing, and gifts. The Customer Service Parking Attendant plays a vital role in assisting professional drivers using our Reserve-It parking program with arrival, parking, and general information, ensuring a pleasant environment for our customers.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Work in a friendly environment focused on excellent customer service
  • Assist professional drivers with parking and information related to the Reserve-It program
  • Maintain cleanliness of parking lots and fuel islands when not assisting with Reserve-It functions
  • Prioritize work based on customer and management needs
  • Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions
  • Communicate effectively with management and co-workers
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Pay Range

$13.00 - 13.25 per hour. Compensation depends on responsibilities, experience, and skills. Not all roles have listed pay ranges.

Physical Demands

Regular talking and hearing; occasional standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment, with or without accommodations.

Work Environment

Exposure to outdoor elements, fumes, particles, mechanical parts, vibration, loud noises, dirt, dust, grime, grease, oil, gas, and cleaning solutions. Safety measures are to be followed at all times.
