Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must pass the Tank Farm Operator math skills test and color blindness test.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain fuel facilities.
• Train new employees as directed.
• Ensure quality control of fuel and facility inspections.
• Perform scheduled inspections in accordance to standards.
• Assist mechanics with repairs and maintenance.

Skills

Good verbal and oral communication skills

Knowledge of fuel facility and hydrant system

Mathematical skills

Physical ability to climb stairs and work at elevations

Ability to work in emergency conditions

Ability to work in all weather conditions

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
