Job summary

Swissport in Las Vegas is seeking a Pipeline Operator to inspect, repair, and maintain fuel facilities, receive fuel via pipeline, and inspect hydrant systems per ATA 103 and Swissport policy.

This full-time role offers health and wellness benefits, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, sick time, and holidays. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in all weather and shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass Tank Farm Operator math skills test and color blindness test.
• Must have knowledge of the fuel facility and hydrant system.

Responsibilities

• Accept petroleum products into storage facilities per ATA 103 procedures.
• Train new employees as directed by Supervisors.
• Ensure quality control of fuel and hydrant system integrity per ATA 103 criteria.
• Maintain fuel inventories.
• Perform periodic inspections per ATA 103 and NFPA standards.
• Repair and maintain equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Assist with calibration of equipment.
• Work on loading racks and fuel storage equipment.
• Update records and inspection forms.
• Complete paperwork as instructed by Supervisors.
• Inspect equipment and report discrepancies.
• Perform quality control of fuel per ASTM and ATA standards.
• Assist with cleanup of fuel spills; maintain work area.
• Follow Swissport policies and procedures.
