JOBSUMMARY
Responsible for overseeing operations and the management of Blue Lake Fuel & Fun. It is under general direction of the Director - President of Operations and the primary function is to manage subordinates and operations of the Blue Lake Fuel & Fun.
Promotes the following within the department and among all Team Members:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position typically supervises a staff of approximately 15-20 Team Members. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training Team Members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining Team Members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED equivalent and two years' experience as a Convenience Store Manager or equivalent. Prefer additional classes in Management, Business or Service Station-Convenience Store operations.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
