Immediately hiring a Permanent Full-Time Fueler Service Technician and seeking the right Fuel Island Attendant to join us at Ryder in Williston, Vermont.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $21.00 per hour
• Sign-On Bonus: Ryder pays $1250 at 30 days and $1250 at 90 days
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends off
• Hours: First shift 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Three or more years of related work experience preferred
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Customer service skills and ability to understand verbal communication
• Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email
• Dependability and flexibility to work various schedules, including shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work at different locations and develop professional relationships
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Highly organized with excellent time management
• Must be 18 or older
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills
• Valid CDL Class A preferred
• This is a DOT safety-sensitive position requiring:
• Ability to obtain a CDL within 6 months of hire
• Passing Ryder drug test, DOT physical, road test, background, and motor vehicle checks

Responsibilities

• Fuel vehicles and maintain fuel and DEF inventory
• Check oil, tire pressure, and perform vehicle inspections
• Move heavy-duty vehicles, wash and detail vehicles, and clean windows
• Report service issues and perform minor maintenance like tire repairs and wheel alignment
• Assist with facility maintenance and environmental compliance
• Maintain fuel island area to Six Sigma standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
