Job summary

Irving Oil is seeking a Fuel Delivery Driver to join our local dispatch team in New Hampshire. You will deliver product to residential and commercial customers, load the truck, and perform pre- and post-trip inspections in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities include adhering to DOT regulations, following daily routes, and completing required paperwork. We offer a competitive compensation package with bonuses, a 401k match, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with Hazmat & Tanker endorsements.
• Minimum 2 years of Commercial Transportation experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to load and unload safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a delivery truck while adhering to all DOT regulations and procedures.
• Coordinate with Dispatch Team to deliver products to residential and commercial customers.
• Follow a daily route using knowledge of geography, routes, zones, streets, etc.
• Load truck with required product while adhering to safety policies at loading site/bulk plant.
• Complete daily shift report, pre- and post-trip inspections, and required paperwork.

As a Fuel Delivery Driver, you will work with our Dispatch team to deliver product safely to our residential and commercial customers. Your goal will be to provide a meaningful and essential service to our Irving Energy customers in a safety focused environment. Your success will depend on your ability to adhere to daily routes, load the fuel truck, and complete pre-and post-trip inspections while maintaining to all Department of Transportation regulations and procedures.

Your Responsibilities

• Driving a delivery truck while adhering to all DOT regulations and procedures
• Working with our Dispatch Team in delivering products to residential and commercial customers
• Following a daily route using knowledge of geography, routes, zones, streets, etc.
• Loading truck with required product while adhering to all safety policies and procedures at loading site/bulk plant
• Completion of daily shift report, pre and post trip inspections and any required paperwork

Your Skills:

• Basic mathematical skills are necessary
• Attention to detail and strong customer service skills
• Strong safety focus required

Your Experience:

• A valid CDL Class A or Class B Driver’s License with Hazmat & Tanker endorsements
• Minimum 2 years Commercial Transportation experience
• High school diploma or G.E.D. required
