Crowley is seeking a professional CDL-A driver to operate a designated route, loading and unloading freight safely and on time for customers across our networks. The role requires 2+ years of driving experience with truck-pup or doubles, Hazmat and tanker endorsements, a current medical card, and the ability to obtain a TWIC and a LCV certificate within 30 days of hire.

You will work in an environment that combines office coordination with field duties, maintaining DOT compliance and high safety

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent or experience in lieu of education.
• CDL Class A with X (Tanker and Hazmat) and Doubles or Triples.
• Must meet current driver qualifications per FMCSA.
• Must have a current medical card.
• TWIC card is required.
• LCV certificate or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Experience driving in mountainous winter conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Drive a commercial motor vehicle which requires a Class A CDL and Hazmat endorsement.
• Maneuver vehicles in heavy traffic, inclement weather and tight areas.
• Transport fuel safely to retail and customer sites.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Submit daily duty status and DOT records (HOS) as required.
• Upload delivery paperwork into the dispatch system.
• Maintain communication with supervisor and dispatcher.
• Maintain PPE and interact with customers.

Educación

High school diploma or equivalent or experience in lieu of education

CDL Class A with X (Tanker and Hazmat) and Doubles/Triples

Current medical card

TWIC card

Longer Combination Vehicle Certificate (LCV) or obtain within 30 days of hire

Experience driving in mountainous winter conditions
