Class A or B Hazmat Driver

Pacific States Petroleum, Inc. is an on-site fueling company servicing California and Reno, focusing on delivering diesel, unleaded, and propane. Founded in May 2001, starting with one fuel truck in Pleasant Hill, our goal is to deliver smaller quantities of fuel while providing excellent customer service. We value team members' voices to enhance customer experience through a dedicated and responsive team.

The schedule for this position is Friday through Tuesday, starting at 4 PM (swing/nights). Only apply if you are willing to work this shift.

General Responsibilities

• Operate a semi-truck according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
• Transport loads safely and timely over required routes, obeying traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Maintain signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and other required paperwork; deliver documentation upon route completion.
• Perform routine service on trucks, including checking oil, water, gasoline, and air; report malfunctions to Shop Supervisor.
• Fuel heavy equipment and generators.
• Load and unload petroleum products.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Class A or B CDL license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Hazardous Materials, Air Brakes, and Tankers Endorsements required
• TWIC Card (within 3 months of employment)
• Clean DMV record
• Ability to read street and city maps
