FUEL CENTER/LEAD CLERK (Finance)

Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department, and monitor and control all quality assurance standards. Direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the Fuel department. Support the day-to-day operations of the Fuel center. Minimum qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)

Desired qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Fuel experience (preferred)

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting management with budgeting, profit and loss reviews, and financial reports
  • Participating in inventory processes and maintaining inventory accuracy
  • Training staff on inventory, stocking, and Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO)
  • Managing fuel delivery and documentation
  • Processing fuel, merchandise, and lottery sales accurately
  • Following opening and closing procedures for the Fuel center
  • Handling cashier functions and maintaining till accuracy
  • Ensuring safety procedures are followed and unsafe conditions are reported
  • Maintaining compliance reports and logs
  • Completing incident, security, and spill reports
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety of kiosks, fuel dispensers, vending machines, and surrounding areas
  • Performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
