Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking staff to assist customers at the fuel center, operate the cash register, pump gas, and maintain a clean, safe environment. Responsibilities

• Assist customers and manage cash register; promote customer service.
• Pump gas and complete daily tour and inspection.

Assist customers and manage cash register. Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center. Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service

• Pump gas

• Complete daily tour and inspection

• Fill out incident and security reports

• Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report

• Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of department

• Perform cashier functions

• Answer telephones

• Comply with corporate policies

• Comply with all safety guidelines and standards

• Promote and follow company initiatives

• Maintain knowledge of emergency plans numbers and procedures
