FUEL CENTER/CLERK (Finance)

Assist customers and manage the cash register. Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center. Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation. All associates are required to perform tasks safely, adhering to corporate policies and legal standards. Minimum requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes
• Minimum 18 years old (19 in Alaska and Idaho)
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications:

• Related experience
• Knowledge of Fred Meyer policies and procedures
• Model Customer 1st behavior and deliver excellent service
• Pump gas and perform daily inspections
• Complete incident and security reports, including fuel spill reports
• Maintain cleanliness and recover displays in the department
• Perform cashier functions and answer phones
• Follow safety guidelines and company initiatives
• Know emergency procedures and contact information
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
