Minimum Requirements:
  • Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
Desired Qualifications and Responsibilities:
  • Related experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure.
  • Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage excellent customer service.
  • Pump gas and complete daily inspections.
  • Fill out incident and security reports, including Fuel Spill Reports.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the department and recover displays.
  • Perform cashier functions and answer telephones.
  • Comply with corporate policies and safety guidelines.
  • Promote company initiatives and emergency procedures.
  • Work cooperatively in high-paced, sometimes stressful environments.
  • Manage conflict effectively and act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
  • Follow directions and seek assistance when needed to resolve issues.
  • Support minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as needed.
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
