This position involves assisting customers, managing the cash register, maintaining cleanliness of the fuel center, recovering stock, filling out incident and security reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage excellent customer service
• Pump gas
• Perform daily inspections and tours
• Fill out incident and security reports
• Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Reports
• Recover displays and maintain cleanliness
• Perform cashier functions
• Answer telephones
• Follow corporate policies and safety guidelines
• Promote company initiatives
• Know emergency procedures
• Work effectively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflicts cooperatively
• Act with honesty and integrity with customer and business information
• Follow directions and seek assistance when needed
• Support minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
