Minimum Requirements:

• Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision.

Preferred Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Related experience and knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and model Customer 1st behavior.
• Perform gas pumping, daily inspections, and cleanups.
• Complete incident and security reports, including fuel spill reports.
• Maintain cleanliness of the department and recover displays.
• Perform cashier functions and answer telephones.
• Follow corporate policies, safety guidelines, and emergency procedures.
• Work cooperatively in high-paced and stressful environments, managing conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Support minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as needed.
