The Kroger Co. is seeking a fuel center associate to assist customers and manage the cash register at our fuel center. The role emphasizes safe handling of fuels, maintaining cleanliness, and compliance with security and incident reporting.

Responsabilités

• Model Customer First behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Pump gas.
• Complete daily tour and inspection.
• Fill out incident and security reports.
• Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report.
• Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of department.
• Perform cashier functions.
• Answer telephones.
• Comply with corporate policies.
• Comply with all safety guidelines and standards.
• Promote and follow company initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency plans numbers and procedures.
• Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
