Job summary

Kroger is seeking a fuel center associate at 2161 Eakin Rd, Columbus, OH to assist customers, operate the register, pump gas, and keep the area clean and organized.

Responsibilities include completing daily tours, filing incident and security reports, and upholding safety and company policies while providing respectful, reliable service. Growth opportunities exist within Kroger’s extensive store network.

Qualifications

• Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver excellent customer service.
• Pump gas.
• Complete daily tour and inspection.
• Fill out incident and security reports.
• Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report.
• Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of department.
• Perform cashier functions.
• Answer telephones.
• Comply with corporate policies.
• Comply with safety guidelines and standards.
• Promote and follow company initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency plans and procedures.
• Work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a constructive manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve issues.

Assist customers and manage cash register. Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center. Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
